Often we create these divisions when we are taking new registrations

1) Confirmed

2) Awaiting Payment

3) Waiting List

But constantly have to count how many teams are in each divisions to avoid over subscribing a venue.

Sounds simple when it's a small league, but when you have to keep on counting on larger leagues mistakes can easily happen
