Round numbers in fixture lists

Add "Phase" to leagues so seasons can have multiple parts (eg, Round robin, then knockout etc)

Put a more detailed message on a user's statement when they register for an event

Toggle which leagues are displayed on the splash page

Ability to email or text only players who've clicked available for a fixture
