Mobile optimise the player's control panel pages
The player control panel pages do not currently work very well on mobile devices. My Profile, My Calendar, My Teams, My Statement, Find Ringers, etc, all do not work very well on mobile devices. It would be good for these pages to be redesigned in a responsive fashion so they display equally well on desktop, tablet and mobile.

It would equally good to have the whole spawtz dashboard mobile optimised, as it's hard to navigate when logged in on a phone out at a venue.
