Custom score service for rounders to allow for decimals to be entered for scores instead of just whole numbers

In rounders, it is possible to score half a rounder, which means we would like to enter scores of 1.5, 2.5 etc. At the moment, this is not possible, as the score must be a whole number. It would be good to create a custom score service for rounders that allows for entry of halves of points.
