Umpires choice Fairest and Best
It would be great to have the ability for umpires to simply have a 1, 2, 3 point system for best on ground at the end of each game. Unfortunately pure stats do not recognise the hard work done by fielders who provide bowlers with their outs and runs saved. Similarly Wides and No balls are added to a batters score when they are not actually contributing themselves.

yep definatly need it for all sports
An ability to create and alter different voting systems (in the forms of 'templates' - like how you apply a Score System to the League or similar to how you edit Time Period Details under Scorer Settings could be another alternative) would be an ideal scenario as different sports and leagues run different types of voting systems.
