Referees & Umpires able to view entire season worth of scheduled shifts like a player or a team can
Referees & Umpires should be able to view a full schedule of all the matches they have been scheduled to officiate for a season rather then only receive an email once on the day designated in config setting. This could be exactly the same as how a teams season of games can be viewed in fixtures/standings area and would help staff plan for the season in advance.

It would be much easier to know in advance if a referee could not make a match in 2, 3 or 4 weeks time rather then having to rush and find a person to cover for them during the week that they are scheduled on a fixture and get the fixture reminder.
It is also important for the referees as as casual employees knowing their roster in advance is important and allows them to better plan their work life.
