Flag users and teams with bad debt
Add a check box to a team’s profile that said “Team Banned/Unfinancial”? If we tick the checkbox then have some bold red writing comes up at the top of the team profile alerting staff that this team was or has a problem when they last played. The details of the problem would have to be written in the team profile notes box. Also have the same alert come up on a players profile that is a member of that team
User or team wish to change venues, would it be possible for their original venue to flag them, if they are in bad financial standing. If they register in the new venue that once they register their email address a pop up appears that they are in debt with another venue and to please contact that venue before they can register there

Could this also be used to flag users (email address used) for disciplinary issues as well such as banned or blacklisted individuals
Could we see the bad debt put as a reminder to the team organiser when he gets the automated game time reminder email each week? This would alert him to the arrears on the team account a lot more clearly.
Can this please also be added to the venue summary printout, ie list of teams and players with bad debts
Would prefer option to opt in or out of this please. Certainly any notifications going out to players. I like to tackle payment issues in a personal manner and with tact. Blanket notifications to unsuspecting, or bedraggled organisers could have a negative impact and drive people away before the issue can be resolved in a positive manner.
