Users to see what leagues they have registered in as Individuals

It would be helpful to those that register for leagues as individuals to be able to see what they have signed up for the exact way a team organizer can see what leagues each team has signed up for. Currently individuals regularly sign up for the same league multiple times or for multiple leagues on the same night as they have no way to see what they have previously done.
